mark;thanks for posting the pics;they are spot on of all the wonderful sites we have been fortunate to explore:it rained briefly tonight:it was kind of nice;judy agqin made us a wonderful pasta dinner and we enjoyed more bourdeaux:yesterday at lunch i tried a kir which is a french apertif of white wine and blackberry liquer:it was actuqlly refreshing:we took a free shuttle boat across the Rhone and walked qround a bit:we heard but did not see those friggin huge cicadas that the french are fond of:mark, maybe you can post a picture of one:they are a little larger than a june bug:all kidding aside; i feel so lucky that i have two great traveling companions that also just happen to be my sisters:bye from maureen
